Total Digital Solutions won the contract to provide the copying solution for the college. They were extremely efficient at installation and in fact installed the equipment in half the time of the previous installation. This was of great benefit to us as the transference to the new equipment went with minimal staff or student disruption.

The on-going support from Total Digital has been excellent, they have worked alongside both our I.T. Team and our Print Services Team to make sure the delivery of our copies and prints are of the highest levels possible.

In addition to this our account manager has aided us further with our constant drive to cut costs and carbon emissions throughout the college.

We had several unique requirements at the beginning of this project, all of which were becoming increasingly urgent due to our rapid expansion.

The solution has given us new equipment vastly more suited to our needs and the contract affords us the flexibility to adjust the numbers of equipment as necessary to meet our future needs.

In addition to this the entire project has given us actual cost savings compared to our original system something that we didn’t expect.
